Job summary

Harvester - Navigation Inn in Greater London is seeking a passionate Sous Chef who thrives on great food and developing teams. You’ll run a section, lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence and ensure every plate reflects our branded menu.

Qualifications

• Experience as a sous chef or higher in a branded kitchen.
• Ability to lead a section and train a team to deliver quality dishes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the kitchen team to deliver dishes you’re proud of.
• Assist Head Chef with ordering, prep and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations and branded menu standards.
• Oversee that the team works cohesively and maintains consistency across service.
