The Big Table Group Limited is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You will be hands on creating a wide range of dishes from starters to desserts and lead by example during busy service, ensuring consistency and high standards across all sections.

You will work as a real team-player, stay organized and safe under pressure, and provide guidance to junior kitchen staff, including line cooking, food preparation and dish plating.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a kitchen environment is beneficial.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality.
