• Knowledge of stock, waste and kitchen costs for efficient operation.

• Proven leadership and coaching abilities in a kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team and deputise for Head Chef as needed.
• Support Head Chef in menu execution and maintaining standards.
• Assist with stock control, waste reduction and cost management.
• Deliver consistently great food and guest experience.
