Qualifications

• Relevant catering qualification required (or equivalent).

• Adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

• Supervising and directing culinary staff as directed by Head Chef.
• Ensuring safe food handling and high hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Supporting the culinary team in understanding Avery Food safety system.
