Responsibilities

• Run the pass and lead shifts with confidence.
• Train and coach the team, helping develop the chefs of tomorrow.
• Step up and run the kitchen in your Head Chef's absence.
• Make sure every dish is made fresh, cooked properly and plated to spec.
• Jump on any section when it's needed.
• Work closely with front of house so every guest gets the same great impression.
• Help manage ordering, stock and waste.
• Lead on food safety, allergens and health and safety, every shift.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and audit-ready.
