• Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef looking to step up in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Solid knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team as number two to the Head Chef and deputise as needed.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Assist with stock management, waste control, and cost monitoring.
