Qualifications

• Kitchen leadership experience in a busy, fast-paced kitchen.
• Understanding of stock, waste, labour and kitchen costs.
• Strong food safety and HACCP standards.
• Proven ability to coach and lead a team.

• Develop a brilliant kitchen team and work with the GM to drive success.
