Soho House is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join its premium kitchen team in the United Kingdom. You will support the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef, lead day-to-day operations, and guide junior chefs while maintaining Soho House standards across all services.

You will contribute to menu development, ensure HACCP compliance and food safety, and foster a calm, efficient, and collaborative kitchen environment under pressure.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a high-volume, high-quality kitchen.
• Experience supervising small teams.
• Strong cooking skills across multiple kitchen sections.
• Excellent HACCP, allergen procedures and food safety knowledge.
• Fluent in English and professional communicator.

Responsabilités

• Support the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef in leading all kitchen operations.
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to Soho House standards.
• Oversee mise en place, prep schedules, and service readiness.
• Mentor junior chefs with guidance and feedback.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and allergen management.
• Lead kitchen in absence of senior leadership.
