Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef in delivering high-quality dishes across all services. You will lead day-to-day kitchen operations, supervise junior chefs, and ensure food safety, allergen compliance, and hygiene to Soho House standards.

As a key member of the culinary management team, you’ll contribute to menu development, coordinate prep and service, and step into leadership when senior chefs are absent. A dynamic, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in high-volume kitchens.
• Experience in premium restaurants or clubs preferred.
• Strong leadership and organisation.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations in absence of senior chefs.
• Prepare and present dishes to Soho House standards.
• Oversee mise en place and daily prep schedules.
• Supervise and mentor junior chefs.
• Uphold HACCP, hygiene, and allergen procedures.
• Coordinate stock control and orders.
• Foster teamwork across BOH and FOH.
