Job summary

The King Street Brew House Cambridge is seeking a motivated Sous Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team. You will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, lead a hands-on team, and help craft seasonal dishes that pair with our on-site brews.

You’ll drive quality, maintain high standards of food safety, and collaborate with Head Chef on menu development and daily specials. A passion for fresh food and lively hospitality is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or Senior CDP.
• Proven leadership and team development abilities.
• Hands-on chef with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage rota, training and health & safety.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to design and deliver dishes.
• Strong planning to control GP and labour.
• Proactive in driving sales and growth with kitchen/front teams.
