Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver the food concept to standard and exceed guest expectations.
• Stock control including ordering, deliveries, stock taking and waste management.
• Support the Head Chef and deputise in their absence.
• Train and develop the kitchen team to reach their potential.
• Ensure Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance.
