MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is recruiting a Sous Chef for the Fountain - Harvester in Milton Keynes. You will lead a kitchen section, train and motivate your team, and support the Head Chef with ordering, prep and stock control.

Qualifications

Must have experience leading a kitchen team and managing chefs.
Experience in stock control, food ordering and maintaining health and hygiene standards.
Ability to work with a branded menu and train staff.
Available for full-time shifts and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

Be driven to smash targets with your team.
Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
Master the art of working with a branded menu.
Manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
Ensure the team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
Lead a section and stand in for Head Chef when required.
