The position offers a live-in element and flexible shifts to fit around you. You will manage a branded menu, supervise stock and ordering, and ensure strict health and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading kitchen teams and training staff.
• Strong focus on food safety, hygiene and HACCP practices.
• Ability to manage stock, ordering and portion control.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high quality food.
• Drive targets with the team and maintain performance.
