Qualifications

• Proven experience as Sous Chef or senior in a professional kitchen.
• Culinary qualification from a recognized institution.
• Ability to lead and mentor kitchen staff and foster growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in leading the kitchen team to maintain high quality, presentation and service.
