Urban Pubs & Bars Ltd. is seeking an outstanding Sous Chef for Dehesa, a lively tapas and charcuterie bar in Soho. You will lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, train the team, and drive a high-quality, seasonal menu with a Spanish-Italian influence.

Qualifications

• Experience in gastro pubs and busy kitchen environments.
• Ability to lead and train a kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence.
• Passion for fresh, premium and seasonal produce and high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence to ensure service, safety and security at the highest standards.
• Train and uphold agreed standards with the Head Chef.
• Identify opportunities and products to maximise sales and enhance the customer experience with the General Manager and Head Chef.
• Prepare and present all dishes to an outstanding standard of presentation for the day and time.
• Assist in development, implementation and review of the menu to maximise sales in line with pub vision.
