Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence to ensure service, safety and security standards.
• Train the team to ensure they have the knowledge to excite customers and deliver outstanding food.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to train and uphold standards.
• Identify opportunities to maximise sales and enhance customer experience with the GM and Head Chef.
• Prepare and present all dishes to an outstanding standard of presentation.
