Berkeley Scott Limited is recruiting a Sous Chef for an established restaurant and cocktail bar in Nairn. This permanent, hands-on role supports the kitchen team and operates on a 45-hour contract, with a lower-hours option and salary adjustments available.

The position offers £37,000 per annum plus a GP bonus of £200 per stock take paid six times a year, and a share of tips based on hours worked. Temporary accommodation is available for up to three months, ideal for relocations.
