Côte is looking for a Sous Chef in Farnham to join our team and work shoulder to shoulder with the team, reporting to the Head Chef. You will lead a busy kitchen with a menu that blends provenance, seasonality and modern French dishes, ensuring a motivated and safe environment for all chefs.

You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high standards, support the Head Chef and General Manager, and ensure every shift runs smoothly with everything needed.

• You are organised and confident to manage shifts and ensure quality.
