Job summary

Grosvenor Casinos, part of The Rank Group, is looking for a skilled Sous Chef to lead in a busy, 24/7 casino kitchen. You’ll balance team dynamics, maintain culinary excellence, and manage costs while stepping in for the Head Chef when required.

The role calls for strong cooking expertise, calmness under pressure, and a passion for developing colleagues in a vibrant hospitality environment across multiple venues.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to manage stock, control costs and minimise waste.
• Experience of financial budgeting within a Food & Beverage business.

• Balance team dynamics and kitchen excellence, including financial responsibilities.
• Step up in the Head Chef’s absence to maintain service quality.
