The Buckingham Arms in London invites a dedicated Sous Chef to join our busy pub kitchen. You will lead a small team, design menus with the Head Chef, manage daily prep, cooking and plating, and ensure health and safety standards are met while delivering high-quality British pub fare.

We value hands-on leaders who can train staff, optimise GP and labour, and contribute fresh ideas for daily specials and seasonal dishes in a welcoming, traditional setting near central London.
