Job summary

Theobalds Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You will work closely with the Head Chef to inspire and lead the evolving brigade, delivering great food with presentation and quality service.

• Create, prepare, cook and present dishes while leading your section and coordinating service.
• Monitor wastage, portions, and time to ensure smooth service across departments.
• Support Head Chef to mentor less experienced colleagues and deliver great food promptly.
• Adhere to Food Safety and Health & Hygiene rules and maintain section cleanliness.
