Crieff Hydro Limited's Kingshouse Hotel in Glencoe seeks a Sous Chef to join the kitchen leadership, driving consistency and quality.

As second-in-command you will train and mentor the brigade, collaborate with front-of-house, and ensure dishes meet portion and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a similar 4 or 5-star setting.
• Leadership – confident managing a team, leading by example, and building positive kitchen culture
• Passion for food – especially Scottish produce and creative, seasonal menu development
• Commercial awareness – strong understanding of GP, cost control, and budgeting
• Attention to standards – up-to-date knowledge of food safety and health & safety requirements
• Creativity and flair – bring ideas, energy, and individuality to dishes
