The Rickety Press in Witney, United Kingdom is seeking a motivated Sous Chef to join our crew. You’ll assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen, oversee pizza and burger prep, and help create a warm, high-energy environment for the team.

You’ll build and nurture an exceptional kitchen staff, champion our Dodo principles of quality and customer experience, and ensure safety and compliance with pride and care. This is a hands-on role in a vibrant neighbourhood pub with strong community values.
