Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is hiring a Sous Chef for the Yeoman - Harvester. You will lead a kitchen section, train and motivate your team, and step in for the Head Chef when needed to ensure smooth service and exceptional hospitality.

You will be passionate about great food, drive high standards, and help deliver a branded menu with attention to detail, health and hygiene compliance, and strong stock control.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving great food and training great people.
• Ability to lead a kitchen section and step up in the Head Chef's absence.
• Experience working with or adapting to a branded menu.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
