Deer Park at Premium Country Pubs is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen, manage a dedicated team and help maintain the high standards our guests expect. You will work closely with the Head Chef, oversee food preparation, and ensure consistent quality across the menu.

In this role you will train and develop talent, manage ordering and stock, and uphold rigorous hygiene practices while delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

• Assist Head Chef with food ordering, preparation and stock control
• Work with branded menu and maintain consistency across service
