Job summary

wagamama is seeking a hands-on sous chef to support leading shifts and the kitchen team. You’ll help ensure every bowl is fresh, bold and made to order, with no shortcuts and a focus on consistency and energy throughout service.

You’ll work with management to run a vibrant kitchen, plan shifts for proper cover, coach and develop colleagues, uphold food safety and financial performance, and continuously seek small improvements with a Kaizen mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts and kitchen teams.
• Experience planning shifts to ensure proper coverage.
• Experience with food safety standards and kitchen finances.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
