wagamama is hiring a sous chef to lead shifts in a fast-paced kitchen focused on fresh, made-to-order dishes. You will manage the team, ensure high standards of food quality and safety, and train staff to grow professionally within a supportive environment.

You’ll work closely with management to maintain a high-energy kitchen culture, drive continuous improvement, and celebrate success with the team while upholding brand standards and cost awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team.
• Ability to manage line and plan shifts for adequate cover.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and cost control.
