Salcombe Harbour Hotel's Jetty Restaurant, a two rosette seafood venue, is seeking a Sous Chef with high-volume kitchen experience to join the team. You will be capable of running the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence and ensuring FCOS targets and hygiene standards. Pastry experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience at Junior Sous/Chef de Partie level.
• Capable of running the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.
• Proficiency in achieving FCOS targets and familiarity with current food hygiene legislation.
