The Goodwood Group is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join the Goodwood Art Foundation Café on the Goodwood Estate. You’ll work with an established kitchen team to craft nourishing, memorable dishes using organic Home Farm produce and local suppliers.

Expect set working days from Thursday to Monday with no evening service, except occasional events. This role offers a creative, collaborative environment with the Estate Executive Head Chef and a strong commitment to gut health, sustainability,

We’re looking for a passionate and talented Sous Chef to join our established team at the Goodwood Art Foundation Café, where creativity meets quality in a truly unique setting.

Located on the beautiful Goodwood Estate, the café is part of the newly launched Goodwood Art Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation showcasing world-class contemporary art, a landscape designed by an award-winning architect, and a pioneering arts education programme led by a global expert.

Our food philosophy is rooted in gut health and sustainability, supported by our own organic Home Farm and a network of local artisan producers. You’ll be inspired to craft dishes that are both nourishing and memorable.
