West Sussex.info is seeking an enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Restaurant 24, within the Goodwood Art Foundation. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality dining experience, showcasing locally sourced dishes.

Your responsibilities include leading the front of house team to ensure seamless service while maintaining high standards and developing those around you. Strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or café environment is desirable.
• Positive, friendly and proactive approach.
• Awareness of Health & Safety and Food Safety practices.

Salary £28,000 to £30,000 per annum Depending on skills and experience; Excellent benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Restaurant 24, located within the Goodwood Art Foundation.

You’ll play a key role in delivering a warm, welcoming and consistently high-quality dining experience, showcasing locally sourced, expertly created dishes from Goodwood Home Farm and beyond.

Supporting the Restaurant Manager, you’ll help lead the front of house team, ensuring service runs seamlessly while maintaining high standards and developing those around you.

The Goodwood Art Foundation is now open, welcoming visitors Thursday to Sunday, with Restaurant 24 at the heart of this unique cultural destination.

What you’ll have:

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Prior experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or café environment is desirable
• A good level of Food & Beverage knowledge
