Job summary

Goodwood Estate in Chichester is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will support the Head Chef, deliver outstanding dining experiences across our events, develop exciting menus, nurture culinary talent, and showcase Sussex produce.

You’ll lead, motivate and develop a kitchen team, uphold high standards of food preparation and service, and contribute to a fast-paced events environment. NVQ Level 3 in Professional Cookery and Level 2 Food Hygiene are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a kitchen team.
• Strong knowledge of fresh ingredients, food preparation and service standards.
• Commitment to creating innovative, seasonal dishes.
• Experience in high-quality kitchen environments.
