The Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in our hotel's culinary operations, working alongside our Head Chef to deliver exceptional menus for our guests.

Your responsibilities include managing the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, overseeing food preparation, ensuring high-quality dishes are cooked and presented beautifully, implementing standard recipes, and maintaining food costs.

We look for candidates with a proven track record of leading a high-volume kitchen, a deep understanding of food safety, and a passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences.

Ideal Candidate:

Several years of experience in a similar high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment, with a strong background in various cuisines and modern techniques. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills are essential, along with experience in menu planning, cost control, and supply ordering. A creative flair and ability to work under pressure are also important.
