The Role:

As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards
• Has experience managing the line, planning shifts, and coaching on the go
• Supports food, health and safety standards, understands financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Loves celebrating team success and recognizing individual drives and needs
