The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities include |

  • Creating a caring and attentive environment, celebrating successes, nurturing talent, and role-modeling a coaching culture.
  • Ensuring an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skill development.
  • Maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards, and understanding financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Building a coaching culture and supporting ongoing team development and recruitment.
  • Thinking proactively to solve problems and make quick decisions.
