Brunning & Price Limited is seeking a Sous Chef at The Leather Bottle to lead kitchen operations and help shape the menu with the Head Chef. This role offers a clear path to head-chef potential within a growing pub group and a positive work environment.

You will manage service, uphold food standards, and mentor junior kitchen staff while delivering menu highlights and excellent guest experiences.

Formación

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level.
• Ability to run the kitchen alongside the Head Chef and drive food culture.
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork and customer engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Run the kitchen in collaboration with the Head Chef.
• Drive exciting new dishes and maintain high food quality.
