Job summary

Mansell Consulting Group LTD is seeking a Sous Chef for a full-time role in Exeter. You will work closely with the Head Chef as second in command, leading the kitchen team, ensuring high standards, and driving service.

You will be hands-on with prep and service, maintain top food quality and presentation, manage stock and costs, and train junior chefs while keeping the kitchen calm during busy periods.

• Package : Up to £35,000 per annum including Tronc

The Role

Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll be second in command, helping drive the kitchen and keeping standards high.
