The Sous Chef role is primarily Monday to Friday, with a few evening shifts, offering a great opportunity to join our team.
At 116 Pall Mall, you will need to be adaptable as the venue is diverse, hosting multiple events across several floors. You will support the Executive and Head Chef in managing daily operations and lead and mentor junior staff to deliver high-end events and exceptional cuisine.
