What You Will Be Doing

• Clean the kitchen area and its surroundings before, during and after service including equipment, and floors
• Ensure the hot & cold drinks area is kept replenished and cleaned on a daily basis
• Carry general kitchen duties such as operating the dishwasher, washing all cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and waste disposal
• Ensure fridges & store areas are kept clean and tidy
• Ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained by following cleaning routines and through ongoing diligence during the shift and in both set up and clean down procedures
• Being vigilant and report any security issues to the Chef and/or Security
• To comply with Hotel and statutory and legal requirements for Hygiene, Fire and Health & Safety regulations
• To maintain the highest level of customer care and service whether in the public or back of house areas
