Job summary

Avery Healthcare is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Sous Chef to join Hinckley House Care Home in Leicester. You will support the Head Chef, lead a culinary team and deliver a nutritionally balanced, high-quality service for residents within budget.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant catering qualification (City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or NVQ or equivalent) and have at least 1 year of catering experience, showing compassion and flexibility to cover a range of duties.
