• Hold relevant catering qualification (City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or NVQ or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year of catering experience.
• Demonstrate compassion and commitment to high-quality resident meals.
• Able to adapt and cover varied responsibilities at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Support head chef in leading the culinary team to provide nutritious, high-quality meals within budget.
• Prepare modified diets in line with IDDSI guidelines.
• Supervise culinary staff and ensure high hygiene standards.
• Contribute to Avery Food Safety Management System.
