The Role

As a sous chef, you will be a leader dedicated to creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with excellent food knowledge, leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.

• Are passionate about supporting and developing your team to achieve high standards
• Have experience managing kitchen operations, planning shifts, and coaching team members
• Support food safety, health, and safety standards, and understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
