The role |

As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Supports and trains team members, helping them develop to their full potential while maintaining high standards.
• Has experience managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and working with the team to coach on the go.
• Supports food safety, health, and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Loves celebrating team successes and recognizes individual motivations and needs.
