The Role |

As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with strong food knowledge, to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to achieve excellence
• Has experience managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and coaching team members
• Supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
