As a Sous Chef, you will lead with passion, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. You will inspire and engage your team, fostering a positive environment for both guests and staff.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to achieve excellence
• Has experience managing kitchen operations, including shift planning and coaching
• Understands food safety, health and safety standards, and manages financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
