Sous chef | full time

The role |

As a sous chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting your team through training and development to maintain high standards
• Managing the line and planning shifts to ensure proper coverage, coaching team members on the go
• Supporting food safety, health, and safety standards, and understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
