As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

• Supports and trains team members to achieve high standards
• Manages kitchen operations, plans shifts, and coaches team members
• Ensures food safety, health, and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
