Role Overview

As a sous chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Responsibilities
  • Support and develop your team through training, coaching, and maintaining high standards.
  • Manage kitchen operations, plan shifts, and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
  • Maintain food safety, health, and safety standards, and oversee financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Celebrate team successes and recognize individual needs.
