You’ll support with the overall running of the kitchen and oversee a la carte service, creating modern British cuisine with seasonal ingredients prepared in house with weekly menu changes.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in quality fresh food restaurants, ideally meeting high standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quality fresh food restaurants (2AA+ standard).
• Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the kitchen and support with the overall running of the kitchen.
• Oversee a la carte service and work with Head Chef to deliver modern British cuisine.
