The role:

As a junior sous chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Ideal candidates will:

• Support your team and help others achieve their best while maintaining high standards
• Manage the kitchen line, plan shifts to ensure proper coverage, and coach team members on the go
• Understand food safety, health and safety standards, and financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Celebrate team successes and recognize individual contributions
