Job summary

Contract Options is looking for an Experienced Sous Chef for a permanent, daytime role in Witney, Oxfordshire. Monday to Friday 7:00am-3:00pm. You’ll work with the Head Chef to deliver fresh, from-scratch meals across breakfast, lunch and hospitality services.

You’ll supervise and support the kitchen team, assist with ordering and stock control, help manage food costs and deputise for the Head Chef when required. Own transport is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experienced Sous Chef or senior Chef
• Contract catering/high-volume experience preferred
• Strong fresh food and scratch-cooking skills
• Experience leading or supporting a kitchen team
• Good understanding of stock control and food costs
• Organised, hands-on and able to lead by example
• Own transport essential
